If the active catch rules do not result in the expected documents, there are steps that you can take to resolve the problem.
Before you begin
The first possibility to check is the access rights of the kronomail user as described in Configuring access rights for the Kronomail user.
The destination folder of a catch rule cannot be deleted. Project Portal shows an error message that informs the user about existing Kronomail rules that are applied to the folder. The catch rule must be deleted first before the folder can be deleted. However, after a migration from an earlier version of Project Portal to a higher version, the destination folder of a catch rule may be deleted without a warning message being shown. In that situation, the catch rule is broken and email messages that match the catch rule are not stored as documents in Project Portal.
To find broken catch rules:
Delete the broken catch rules and create new ones that point to existing folders, if necessary.
